CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Balloons Bouquets: 1) For purchases under $100 – For a full refund, the deadline to submit your request is 9am, Time (Miami), 1 day prior to delivery. 2) For purchases over $100 – For a full refund, the deadline to submit your request is 9am, Time (Miami), 10 days prior to delivery. Balloons Decoration: We do not accept refund online deposit. Orders with full payment – full refund (without 25%). We are normally unable to cancel or change an order at other times. Please send your request by CONTACT FORM. Please consider your order canceled or changed only when you have received a confirmation by email. Method of refund – You’ll get money to the same form of payment used when ordering. If Partycus is unable to deliver an order due any reason, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange rescheduling or cancellation and refund.

Return

We do not accept return. Our items is not returnable.
